Coronavirus commissar Prof. Roni Gamzu today said during a discussion in the Knesset Constitution Committee regarding approval of the traffic light plan that "the system for cutting off the contagion chains will be fully ready to deal with about a thousand carriers on November 1st."
MK Ayelet Shaked said "this means there's no place to talk about restrictions on the whole country before November. The public needs to know."
