Education Minister Yoav Galant has reassured parents of kindergarten and first grade pupils that they will be allowed to accompany their children into class on the first day of school tomorrow.
His reassurance follows a statement from a teachers' union official declaring that "due to Health Ministry guidelines," parents would not be permitted to enter school buildings.
