US President Donald Trump spoke earlier with Japan's Prime MInister, Shinzo Abe, who announced last Friday that he plans to retire.
"I had a great conversation with my good friend, the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe," Trump wrote afterward on Twitter. "Shinzo will soon be recognized as Japan's best Prime Minister ever, who had the best ever relations with the United States - a fantastic man!"
