The Ashkelon Magistrates Court on Sunday ordered two youths suspected of involvement in the Eilat rape case to be released to house arrest.
According to the prosecutor's statement against the two, they are expected to be charged with rape.
Israel Police has filed a request to delay the implementation of the court's decision.
