MK Ze'ev Elkin has been placed atop a committee charged with deciding whether Israelis will be allowed to visit Uman for Rosh Hashana of this year.
Elkin will be joined by FM Ashkenazi, Minister of the Interior Aryeh Deri and Minister of Science and Technology Yizhar Shai.
