According to a report on Channel 12 News, Israel is at an advanced stage of negotiations with various countries, preparatory to their allowing Israelis to enter without being obligated to enter quarantine.
The report adds that those countries under consideration are Thailand, Taiwan, Portugal, Hungary, Cyprus, Iceland, and Georgia.
