According to a report in the Yisrael Hayom newspaper, the members of the committee for approving drugs to be included in the health basket have yet to be appointed.
The delay in appointing committee members is likely to cause a corresponding delay in the committee's approval of dozens of new drugs to be added to those subsidized by the government, including several that are potentially life-saving.
