The perpetrator of the stabbing attack at Petah Tikva's Segula junction is a Palestinian Arab from the town of Rujeib, near Shechem. He attempted to flee the scene after the attack but was apprehended.
The victim is being treated in Beilinson hospital's trauma center, and is reportedly in critical condition.
