Speaking on Galei Tzahal this morning, Finance Minister Yisrael Katz insisted that last night's attacks on Hezbollah locations in Lebanon had been absolutely necessary.
"Hezbollah has been burying weapons and ammunition under the sea off the Lebanese coast," he noted. "Such a situation demands action, on the part of Israel and the international community."
He added that, "If things continue like this, Hezbollah will end up paying a very heavy price - unprecedented, in fact - and Lebanon too will be made to pay. But we don't want to reach that point."
