A 45-year-old man has been indicted for the rape and indecent assault of a ten-year-old girl, the daughter of his current partner.
According to the indictment, the accused raped the girl on three separate occasions, and assaulted her on many occasions. The prosecution is requesting that the man be held in custody until the conclusion of proceedings against him.
