Jerusalem District Commander Superintendent Doron Yedid announced that Officer Nisso Guetta, documented hitting a demonstrator exercised his full discretion and that the case was investigated in the Department of Police Investigations.
"Insofar as his removal ends today, he will return to full operation. He is an Israeli police officer. He has full rights," he said.
