Reshet Kan Bet reports that Deputy Attorney-General Dina Zilber has demanded that the Bat Yam municipality provide a legal basis for its intention to bar organized groups from outside Bat Yam arriving at the city's beaches.
In the meantime, she has informed the municipality that it may not limit entrance to the city's beaches to Bat Yam residents, regardless of coronavirus regulations.
