Israel's Health Ministry reported that 720 new coronavirus cases were diagnosed on Saturday.
Currently, there are 408 coronavirus patients in serious condition, and 112 on ventilators.
A full 825 coronavirus patients have died of the virus since the start of the outbreak. In July, 230 people died of coronavirus, and so far in August another 265 have died of the disease.
