Gadi Yarkoni, who heads the Eshkol Regional Council, spoke about the recent rocket fire and incendiary balloons from Gaza.
"We are in a long war of attrition with Gaza. The Israeli government needs to decide what it wants there to be in Gaza in another ten years, and act," he told Galei Zahal.
