Rav Zalman Nehemiah Goldberg has passed away at the age of 89 after falling in his home several days ago.
Rav Goldberg served many important positions in the religious world, heading rabbinical courts and yeshivas (Jewish seminaries). He was also editor of the Encylopedia of the Talmud (in Hebrew).
