The Transfers Authority (within the Defense Ministry) is planning to hold a drill today at the Hutza Shomron crossing near Elkana, between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m..
During those hours, the crossing will be closed intermittently, and sounds of gunfire and explosions will be heard.
