Responding to demands made by MK Miki Zohar (Likud) for specific funding to be budgeted for in proposed legislation, Welfare Minister Itzik Shmuli (Labor) said that first in line for special mention should be "the unemployed, self-employed, people with disabilities, and old-age pensioners."
