Arik Kaplan, chairman of the Jerusalem Parents Association, on Tuesday evening spoke to Kan 11 News about the outline for the resumption of studies in schools and said, "We are as confused as the state is."
"How do you expect children to study two days a week, when on other days most of them have no computers? We are widening the gaps," he added.
