A 55-year-old Palestinian Arab did not listen to a suspicious arrest procedure at the Qalandiya checkpoint in northern Jerusalem and was shot in the leg. He was taken to Shaare Zedek Hospital while his condition was defined as light to moderate.
An initial examination of the incident shows that he is most likely a person with a hearing and speech impairment.
