French President Emmanuel Macron spoke earlier today by telephone with the PA President, Mahmoud Abbas.
Macron reportedly told Abbas that he was determined to see the Middle East reach peace, and that "the renewal of negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians remains of prime importance."
