Jewish community in Dubai Spokesman Alex Freund referred in an interview with Galei Tzahal to the agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
He said, "Arranging relations with Israel didn't happen suddenly, there were connections. The mentality of the authorities here is one of tolerance. From the moment I got to the position I put a mezuzah in the office and at home, I never had any problems."
