Knesset member Avi Dichter recorded a message in Arabic to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in welcoming the opening of diplomatic relations between Israel and the UAE.
"Our house is your house," Dicter said. "We are waiting for you."
Dichter is a former head of the Shin Beit or General Security Service, Israel's domestic intelligence agency.
