According to a report on CNN, senior Russian officials reached out to the United States with an offer to collaborate on developing a vaccine against the coronavirus, but the United States rebuffed them.
The report noted that the Russian officials responded that they had made an unprecedented offer for cooperation, but the Americans were apparently not open to receiving assistance at this point in time.
