Echoing a statement made earlier by his fellow Likud MK Miki Zohar, PM Binyamin Netanyahu insisted that plans to apply sovereignty to Judea and Samaria have not been abandoned, but rather put on hold.
"There has been no change in the plan to apply sovereignty," he told reporters at this evening's press conference. "I am obligated to make it happen, and that hasn't changed. The issue remains on the table, and it only reached the table due to my efforts."
