Prof. Yaakov Nagel, former head of the National Security Staff, referred to the terrorism of balloons from the Gaza Strip.
"An explosive balloon is the same as a missile. Anyone who launches a balloon must be treated in the same way. He must be stopped from execution even if he is hit, even if it may cause deterioration," he said on Reshet Bet.
