DM Gantz said that while the government would respect the Supreme Court's decision to block the demolition of the terrorist behind the murder of IDF soldier Amit ben Yigal.
Gantz said that home demolition was an important deterrence measure in the fight on terror and that he had instructed sources in the Defense Department to request that the Attorney General file an appeal with the Court.
