Lebanese Health Minister Hemed Hassan this morning said the number of people killed in the explosion in the port of Beirut has risen to 137 and the number of injured has exceeded 5,000.
He asked countries around the world to help set up field hospitals to help local medical institutions that have collapsed due to patient overload.
