The central district prosecutor's office filed an indictment Wednesday morning against Munir Omar, a 63-year-old resident of the Israeli-Arab town of Zemer in the Wadi Ara area, on charges of first-degree murder.
Omar is charged with murdering two relatives, Saed Asaf and his son, Rami Asaf.
