Police arrested a 14-year-old Arab boy in Jerusalem on suspicion he vandalized a memorial for a victim of terrorism who was murdered in the Old City of Jerusalem.
The suspect is expected to be brought before the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court for a hearing Wednesday.
