Georges Kettaneh, the secretary-general of the Lebanese Red Cross, said Wednesday morning that the number of fatalities in the massive explosion in Beirut has risen to more than 80, with more than 4,000 people injured.
"This is a huge disaster, a tragedy. We still don't have final numbers since we're still working at the scene."
