Dr. Masad Brahoum, the chief of the Galilee Medical Center in Nahayira, offered a message in Arabic to the Prime Minister of Lebanon during an interview with Galei Tzahal, following the massive explosion near the port of Beirut.
"We just want to offer you a helping hand. Whoever comes to us will get treatment, and then, God-willing, will go out healthy."
