State Comptroller Matanyahu Engelman published at noon Monday the annual report, detailing deficiencies related to the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Defense and the IDF, the Tax Authority, the National Insurance Institute and other public bodies.
Engelman said that "the reviews deal with issues related to each and every one of us - our security, the use of public funds and the decision-making mechanisms that need to be improved in order to best serve the public in Israel."
