A 17-year-old boy was pulled from the sea unconscious near the Kamel beach in Haifa. MDA medics determined his death.
MDA paramedic Netanel Peretz said, "When we arrived at the beach, we joined police forces who had pulled a 17-year-old youth from the sea unconscious. We performed medical tests but he lacked vital signs and we were forced to determine his death."
