The director-general of the Prime Minister's Bureau, Ronen Peretz, has ordered the aviation industry to cease its "Air Force One" program, due to the coronavirus epidemic.
"Air Force One," so named after the US equivalent that transports the President of the United States, is a special plane for the use of the Israeli Prime Minister. The plane has already been purchased but was expected to undergo renovation and refurbishment, at huge cost.
