The Finance Ministry estimates that the return of the economy to full functioning may occur only 4 or 5 years after the outbreak of the virus.
A survey published by the Chief Economist's Division shows that in the event of worsening morbidity, 2020 will end with an unemployment rate of 15% and in the case of recovery, the year will end with about 10% unemployment.
