The death sentence of convicted 2013 Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was overturned Friday by an appeals court.
The case may end up going to the Supreme Court.
A Fox News report stated that a Reagan-appointee dissented in part to the ruling while two Obama-appointees supported the revised sentence.
