According to Health Ministry data, the number of inquiries to the health funds and people turning up in emergency rooms for respiratory illnesses has dropped relative to the numbers in recent weeks and also in comparison to the same period in previous years.
On the other hand, there has been a slight increase in the numbers of those heading to health clinics for lung infections in the 65+ age group.
