MInister of Diaspora Affairs Omer Yankelevich visited Kfar Chabad today and proclaimed the Lubavitcher Rebbe to be "the true Minister of Diaspora Affairs."
"The activity of Chabad throughout the world is truly inspirational," the minister said. "The emissaries of the Rebbe bring a message of love to all the corners of the globe."
