MK Gafni: State needs budget, doesn't matter if for one or two years

Knesset Finance Committee Chairman Moshe Gafni this morning said at the committee's discussion: "The State needs a budget. It doesn't matter if it's annual or biennial. I already agreed to cede this matter."
