At least nine people were shot, one fatally, in New York City yesterday, after week-long violence with triple the number of shootings compared to last year, NY Post reports.
Eight of the reported incidents were in Brooklyn. 63 people were shot last week in NYC in total, as compared to 20 in the same period last year.
