The Director-General of the Health Ministry, Professor Hezi Levy, told Reshet Kan Bet today that thirty percent of those confirmed as coronavirus carriers in recent days have been children.

"I am very worried," he said. "We are seeing appalling gatherings... this isn't the time for such things. We should be getting used to a different type of normal. There is no cure for this virus. We need to show mutual responsibility. Thirty percent of recent diagnoses have been children, most of them mild cases, but they are infecting others. We are playing with fire," he concluded.
