Prosecutor Adv. Liat Ben-Ari responded to Shaul Ilovich's defense attorneys' claims and said "it's a pity that this wasn't brought before us. I cannot answer on the spot. No one's hiding anything from the defense."
Ilovich's attorney, Advocate Michal Rosen Ozer, said this morning at the district court hearing that "the prosecution tried to hide investigative materials from us. On that basis, I cannot say that I received the materials; it's impossible to set a date for the beginning of the evidentiary hearing."
