A number of complaints were filed today by Ramallah-area Arabs claiming they were attacked while riding bicycles this afternoon.
According to the complaints, the Arabs were approached by a number of men wearing face masks, who began berating them, physically assaulted them, damaged their bicycles, stole their equipment, and caused them bodily harm.
