Former ISA head MK Avi Dichter has expressed his opposition to the new restrictions imposed by the government following a ministerial meeting last night.
"There won't be a vaccine for the coronavirus this year," he said, "and so the Israeli economy simply has to remain open and functioning, while taking the appropriate precautions."
