Haim Bibas, the chairman of the Federation of Local Authorities, was interviewed this morning on Galei Tzahal and expressed concern at plans to shut down all educational institutions.
"If this happens, it will lead to the total collapse of the economy, a collapse that we won't be able to recover from," he said. "There's no logic in taking such a step."
