30-year-old man found unconscious near train tracks; condition serious

A 30-year-old man was found unconscious near the train tracks on Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu Street in Ramla.

MDA medics evacuated him in critical condition to Assaf Harofeh Hospital, where he was sedated and hooked to a respirator.
