The coronavirus committee of the Knesset, now in session, is being presented with data from the Health Ministry related to locations where coronavirus transmissions have been recorded in the last few months.
The Health Ministry's representative told the committee that, "In just one month, 170 people contracted coronavirus at weddings, and that was during the first wave of the virus. However, we do not have clear data on transmissions at swimming pools."
The committee is discussing the government's decision to shut gyms and swimming pools, after they were briefly reopened several weeks ago.
