Bank Leumi has announced that for a period of two years, it will allow its mortgage holders to freeze repayments of the principal on their loans.
It has chosen to take this step in light of the ongoing coronavirus crisis. The new rules will apply from August. Those clients who choose to take advantage of the offer will only have to continue payment of the interest.
