Arab news sources are reporting that the IDF has been able to entice a second top ranking Hamas commander over the past weeks to defect to Israel.
According to the reports, the head of a Hamas naval commando unit was transferred to Israel today on board an IDF vessel, carrying top-secret information belonging to the terrorist group.
