Director of Rambam hospital in Haifa, Dr. Michael Halbertal, told Galei Tzahal this morning that in his opinion, what the country is seeing now is not a "second wave" of the coronavirus.
"This is simply a continuation of the first wave," he said. "The second wave is what we'll see this coming winter."
